^{I am a Christian female, and I taught high school English for 22 years, though I recently retired from full-time teaching. I have loved teaching literature and writing to my "kids" (students). I am cutting back in order to devote more time to family, church, friends, and writing. I am also a mother and grandmother. I love gardening, swimming, keeping fit, needlework, sewing, decorating, and cooking. My favorites are my family, friends, and my German Shorthair Pointer, Mercy.  I am an avid reader.
